MEGAN C. LEE

Megan Lee is a partner at Goolsby, Proctor, Nelson & Lee and has been with the firm for over sixteen years, specializing in civil litigation, business transactions, contract drafting, complex research and writing, and appellate practice and procedure. She grew up in California and attended college at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2007 with her bachelor’s degree in three years. She worked for an insurance brokerage firm before attending law school at the University of Oklahoma, where she received a full scholarship and graduated with honors in 2011.

Throughout her legal career, Megan has represented a diverse range of clients, successfully prosecuting and defending numerous clients. As one of her main specialties is legal research and writing, she has written numerous briefs that have been considered by the federal and state district courts in Oklahoma, as well as the Oklahoma Supreme Court and Courts of Civil Appeals. She has also researched complex compliance laws and drafted numerous contracts.

Megan lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband, Chris, and their children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, attending and coaching her children’s sporting events, trying new restaurants, and reading. She loves Oklahoma and is glad she has made it her permanent home.
