DAVID D. PROCTOR

David Proctor, born and raised in Oklahoma, obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1982 and his law degree in 1990 from The University of Oklahoma. Throughout his decades’ long legal career, David has passionately and diligently served his clients, advocating for their best interests. He has tried countless cases in front of juries, judges, and worker’s compensation administrative law judges.

David and his wife, Carol, raised their two children, David Jr. and Alyssa, in Norman, Oklahoma. David Jr. and Alyssa followed in their father’s footsteps and are now both attorneys themselves. Prior to her retirement, Carol was a teacher for the Lexington Public School District for 32 years. Now, David and Carol are enjoying their life together as empty nesters, spending as much time as possible with their beloved grandchildren. David is an avid golfer and huge sports fan, who especially loves watching The University of Oklahoma Sooners and The Oklahoma City Thunder. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and spending the weekends on Lake Texoma.

In addition to his dedication to his family, David has given interminable dedication to the firm as the firm’s managing partner for the past thirty years. His love for his family and friends reverberates into his relationships at work, as he selflessly serves his clients, co-workers, and staff.
